DISCLAIMER AND CANCELLATION POLICY RULES
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the registered participants in PolyTalk 2018 conference and the event organizer (PlasticsEurope AISBL, with the support of Alpine Travel)
Specific and supplementary agreements only apply if PlasticsEurope has expressly agreed in writing.
2. Registration and confirmation
The application must be addressed online through the registration form available at www.polytalk.eu. The registration becomes effective with the written confirmation (proforma) sent by PlasticsEurope.
3. Performance and programme
The participation fee includes the participation in:
- Conference sessions on Thursday 26 April and Friday 27 April 2018
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Evening programme on Thursday 26 April
- Conference documents
Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the participation fee.
If needed, participants should book their travel and hotel rooms on their own.
PlasticsEurope has arranged special rates with different hotels (see accommodation).
PlasticsEurope reserves the right to change speakers and make necessary changes in the programme while maintaining the overall character of the event.
In case the event cannot be performed due to force majeure, loss of speakers or insufficient number of attendees, the participants will be informed immediately. In this case the paid participation fee will be fully refunded.
4. Filming, sound recording and photographing
Participants consent to their filming and sound recording as members of the audience. By entering the event site, participants agree to be filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes by PlasticsEurope.
Included is as follows:
(Our) Rights to use (decent) photographs, videos and recordings that show participants for all media (electronic, print or else) over an indefinite timeframe in all regions of the world, including PR & communications of the PlasticsEurope network.
Participants not willing to be filmed, recorded or photographed must inform the organiser in written form at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
5. Due date and payment
The participation fee is due upon receipt of the proforma invoice. Only those who paid their participation fee will be granted access to the conference starting on 26 April 2018.
The registrant receives a proforma invoice and, after payment is settled by bank transfer or credit card, Alpine Travel will send an invoice. Payments must amount to the full sum covering any costs and expenses arising from the participant’s side.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to email@example.com.
Cancellations will be reconfirmed in writing by PlasticsEurope within 10 days.
Until 28 February 2018 - Cancellation of participation fee is free of charge.
Until 16 April 2018 - Cancellation fee of 25% of the participation fee will apply.
After 16 April 2018 - Cancellation fee of 80% of participation fee will be invoiced.
